Digital School is a programming course for ages 8–18, and it is also the first company to become a franchise abroad. The network of Digital School franchises is not only recognized for the quality it provides but has also begun to make an impact through the successes of its students, with events, competitions, and numerous recent triumphs.
Among the most recent events, we highlight just a few of the latest successes from our locations.
At the 48-hour hackathon, Junction X Tirana, among more than 250 programmers from around the world, the students from Digital School in Ferizaj won first place with their project, successfully solving real-world problems presented by different companies.
Ferizaj Code Fest was organized for the first time within Digital School in Ferizaj, where students competed against each other with projects developed during the programming course. After presentations and jury evaluations, the winners were announced according to categories.
This event was open to all interested visitors who had the opportunity to see the wonderful presentations of the young programmers.
Students from Digital School Macedonia won first place in the ProCredit Bank challenge with their innovative project designed to help users manage their income more effectively.
Elsa Halili from Digital School Tetovo reached the Top 3 in the Rising Stars category at the prestigious Albanian ICT Awards! In addition, the students won the Young Engineers award at the SeeuHack hackathon.
It also organized the largest coding competition for its students, Prizren Code Fest – second edition, following the success of the first edition.
This competition has become a tradition to showcase young talents, where after the presentation of projects, winners were awarded according to categories. There were also prizes for participating students who did not have the chance to be announced as finalists.
It successfully organized the first 48-hour challenge, Peja Code Fest, where students participated by working intensively over two days and finally presented their projects, filled with innovative ideas and creative solutions.
Among its many successes, it is implementing the project "Girls Do Code," which is designed to build and enhance digital skills while encouraging girls to pursue the STEM field.
By focusing on change and the role of girls in the world of technology, the initiative emphasizes the belief that girls are just as capable as boys in learning and developing computer/digital skills. This year, this has been proven by the participation of 250 girls in the project!
The students successfully completed the advanced levels, creating wonderful and innovative projects in the field of technology with the skills they gained during the programming course.
They graduated successfully, being well-prepared for the job market in this highly profitable field.
