This site is operated by Digital School, the education and franchise brand described on this site. Digital School is the controller of the personal data described here. The registered company details are stated in the franchise documents and are available on request.

When you send the enquiry form we store your name, email address, country or market and enquiry interest. If you provide them, we also store your city, phone number, preferred contact method, intended start period and background and plans. We record the request you selected, such as a walkthrough or investment discussion, your selected partner role, the originating website page and the page the form was sent from. These help our team understand your enquiry. We record when you accepted this notice and its version. A separate, optional marketing choice records whether you want updates; it is never a condition of sending an enquiry.

For the enquiry form our basis is the steps you ask us to take before any contract: you ask about a partnership, we answer. Without these details we cannot reply. For occasional updates about franchise opportunities our basis is your consent, given through the separate marketing box. You can withdraw it at any time. For analytics and advertising measurement our basis is your consent, given through the cookie bar.

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not currently enabled on this website. The site remembers your cookie choices and uses necessary cookies for actions such as sending a form. Any future optional analytics or advertising measurement will be described in this notice and will require your cookie consent.

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted 24 months after our last contact with you. Enquiries that lead to a franchise or partnership discussion are kept for as long as that relationship and the law require. Consent records are kept for as long as the consent is relied on.

Enquiries are stored on a server we maintain and read by authorised staff in our enquiry system. Our team uses the contact details you provide to respond. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

This website does not currently send visit information to Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. Your enquiry is stored in our own system. If we introduce additional providers or international transfers, we will update this notice to describe them.

You can ask us for: — a copy of the data we hold about you; — the correction of anything inaccurate; — the erasure of your data, where we have no continuing reason to keep it; — a restriction of processing, or to object to it; — your data in a machine-readable form. To make a request, write to [email protected] and mention “personal data”. The form below provides an additional route when email verification is available. We answer within one month.

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and has no consequence for your enquiry. Cookie settings can be changed at any time from the link in the footer. Marketing updates can be stopped from the link in any message we send, or by writing to us.

If you think we have handled your data badly, write to us first using the contact details below and we will look into it. You also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority, including the authority in your own country where applicable.
